During Installation
On tile installation day, an adult needs to be home to answer any questions that arise for your installation crew. Designate a specific area for the crew to keep installation tools and cut tile as needed. Keep all pets and kids away from the rooms receiving new tile floors and the worker’s area.

After Installation
Once your new tile installation is complete, it’s extremely important to wait for the specified amount of time before walking on the new floor. When you are cleared to return furniture to the room, always lift or use equipment with rollers, and consider using felt pads under the legs of heavy pieces.
